Six years after landmark clean air ruling, A.G. balks
LANSING – Michigan Attorney General Bill Schuette is once again standing on the wrong side of clean air for our communities.
Schuette recently joined 11 other states petitioning the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn its landmark ruling upholding the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) authority under the Clean Air Act to regulate greenhouse gas emissions, such as carbon pollution.
April marks the sixth anniversary of the court ruling in Massachusetts V. EPA.
