we're calling on california to unveil the chemical industry's toxic secrets. 

Here's why:

When the identity of chemicals used in products and industrial processes is kept secret:

• They trespass into our bodies and environment without our permission.
• The public, including workers, is unable to avoid exposure or make safer product choices.
• Downstream users, such as finished product manufacturers and retailers who want to make and sell safer consumer goods, are unable to make proper choices about the materials they use. 

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has published draft permitting guidance for hydraulic fracturing, or fracking, operations using diesel.  EPA needs to hear from the public on this proposal during the 60 day comment period. Tell the EPA it's time to ban diesel from fracking fluid!
