In today’s podcast, we discuss how loopholes in clean water laws and regulations allow the oil and gas industry to pollute our water across the country. Luckily, Clean Water Action has a plan to stop it and has released a new report, Roadmap for Reform, which lays out steps that the Biden administration and states can take to better safeguard sources of drinking water and water resources from oil and gas production activities.
